Who we are

The data controller.

Abacus Peripherals Private Limited (operating the ZION brand) is the data controller for any personal information processed via ziontech.co.in. Registered office: 29 Apurva Industrial Estate, Makwana Road, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai 400 059, Maharashtra, India. Manufacturing facility: Plot 354/1B, Behind Patel Cricket Ground, Kachigam Char Rasta, Kachigam, Daman (UT) 396 210, India.

Contact & distributor form submissions

When you submit the form on the Contact or Distributors page, the fields you enter — name, email, phone, optional company, enquiry or channel type, optional product of interest, location and message — are sent over HTTPS to our backend (a Supabase edge function) and stored in our database (Supabase, Mumbai region). Alongside those fields we also record your IP address and browser user-agent for abuse prevention. A copy of the submission is then delivered to our team's inbox through Resend, an email-delivery provider in the United States (see the sub-processor list below). We use this information only to respond to you and never sell it.

Server access logs

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested path — for traffic analysis and abuse prevention, retained per Cloudflare's policy. Separately, when you submit a form we store your IP and user-agent on that submission record (see "Contact & distributor form submissions" above).

Cookies, analytics, trackers

This site sets no cookies of its own and does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracker. Page-view counts, conversion goals and behavioural profiling are not measured.

Serves every page and asset; sees the IP and request metadata noted above.

Supabase — database (catalogue + form submissions)

Stores the public catalogue rows this site renders (products, client logos, facility images), read via the anon key from your browser. It also stores Contact and Distributor form submissions — including your IP address and user-agent — written server-side by our edge function. Hosted in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region.

Resend — email delivery (United States)

Forwards a copy of your Contact / Distributor submission (name, email, phone, optional company, message, IP and user-agent) to our team's inbox. Resend is operated from the United States, so this step transfers that information outside India.

Google Fonts — typography

Serves the Inter and Montserrat web fonts via fonts.googleapis.com. Your IP is visible to Google for that request only.

Children

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

Data location & cross-border transfer

Catalogue data and form submissions are stored with Supabase in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, and the site is served by Cloudflare's globally distributed CDN. A copy of each form submission is also delivered to our team through Resend, an email provider in the United States — so submitting a form involves a transfer of those details outside India.

Retention

Server access logs follow Cloudflare's default retention. Form submissions stored in our database, and the emails they generate, are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship; you can ask us to delete them at any time (see "Your rights"). Email enquiries you send us directly are retained on the same basis.

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For any material change we'll also email the address on file if you've written to us recently.
