Coverage
What the warranty protects.
Repair or replacement
A defective ZION memory module or SSD is repaired, or replaced with a new, sealed unit — at our discretion, free of charge.

Exclusions
What the warranty does not cover.

Burnt modules
Damage caused by electrical surges, mishandling, or improper installation.

Physical damage
Cracked PCBs, broken connectors, or visible signs of tampering.

Out-of-spec use
Damage from use outside recommended specifications or in incompatible systems.

Missing module sticker
The module sticker must remain clearly visible and undamaged for warranty to apply.

Software / configuration issues
Driver conflicts, BIOS misconfiguration, manual XMP overclocking, or incompatibility outside the JEDEC-rated spec are not warranty events.

You receive a repaired unit — or a new, sealed replacement carrying the remaining warranty period of the original.

A dated tax invoice from an authorised ZION reseller or distributor. Keep it for the duration of your warranty period.
No. Once your service form is verified, we arrange free pick-up and drop from your registered address in serviceable locations.
The sticker must remain clearly visible and undamaged. If it is illegible or missing, the claim may be declined.
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Once a claim is verified, pickup is scheduled within 2 business days in serviceable areas. Diagnostic + repair-or-replace turnaround averages 7–10 business days from pickup to delivery.
The free pick-up & drop service applies only within India. If you purchased a ZION product abroad through an export reseller, please email warranty@abacusperipherals.com with your invoice; we will route you to the regional service partner.
Every genuine ZION module carries a tamper-evident sticker with a serial number, SKU, and the ZION wordmark. If anything is missing or appears doctored, write to warranty@abacusperipherals.com with photos of both sides and we will verify the unit against our MES records.
